Who we are
LogicLeap Ltd is the controller of personal data handled through the LogicLeap Client Portal. The portal is an invite-only workspace for LogicLeap clients and their authorised team members.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@logic-leap.co.uk.
Data we collect
- Account and contact data: your name, business email address, user identifier, role, organisation and authentication records.
- Client content: requests, comments, decisions, project information, proposals, contracts, signatures and files you choose to upload.
- Photos and camera content: only items you choose to capture or select for an upload. We do not access your camera or photo library in the background.
- Notification data: your app-specific device token, notification preference and delivery status when you enable push notifications.
- Technical data: app version, device and operating-system information, error details and crash diagnostics needed to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use data
- Provide, secure and administer your organisation's portal.
- Deliver requests, projects, approvals, agreements, files and account support.
- Send service messages and optional push notifications about activity relevant to your work.
- Diagnose errors, prevent misuse and improve reliability.
- Meet contractual, accounting and legal obligations.
Device permissions and biometrics
Camera and photo access is requested only when you choose to take or attach an image. Notification permission is requested before the app registers your device for alerts, and you can change it in the app or in iOS Settings.
If you enable Face ID or Touch ID for session locking, the biometric check is performed by iOS. LogicLeap does not receive or store your biometric template.
Service providers and sharing
We use specialist providers to operate the portal, including Supabase for authentication, database and file storage; Vercel for application hosting; Sentry for privacy-limited error diagnostics; Apple Push Notification service for alerts; and email delivery providers for essential service messages.
Providers process data only to deliver their service to us and under appropriate contractual protections. We do not sell personal data, use it for third-party advertising or track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Retention and account deletion
We keep account data while access is active and retain other records only for as long as needed for the purposes above. Diagnostic records and provider backups are kept for limited operational periods.
You can request permanent account deletion from Settings → Security in the portal. Deletion removes your account access, profile, avatar, notification tokens, notifications and unused invitation records. Historical project, request and agreement records may be retained where needed as contractual, accounting or legal records; identifying account references are removed or anonymised where appropriate.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to receive portable data. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Contact us at the address above to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity and confirm whether an organisation must retain a record for legal or contractual reasons.
Security, children and changes
We use access controls, encrypted connections and operational monitoring to protect portal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please report suspected account misuse through our support page.
The portal is a business service for authorised client users and is not directed to children. We may update this notice when the app, our providers or legal requirements change; the current version will remain available on this page.
